A Roadmap to Joining the .01% with a 100 Million Mindset

You’re about to go on a lot more dates…

Let’s be real for a minute. Why are so many young men today exiting the dating pool? It’s a question that has plagued my mind for a while, and I wanted to figure out what was going on.

The problem isn’t a supply side issue; there aren’t suddenly fewer women out there. It’s a demand problem. The game has shifted. Online dating has completely changed the dynamic, and most guys are now just one dry spell away from declaring involuntary monkhood. It’s like they’ve thrown in the towel before they have even truly started to try.

But here’s the good news that you must focus on: highly attractive men will always be sought after. They will always be in demand. They will always be successful with women. It’s just like a Harvard MBA who’s back on the market.

So, how do you become a highly attractive man? How do you join those elite few? Once you adjust your environment and get these habits down, it’s actually pretty simple, and you will see a significant shift in the way that you are treated.

Here’s what I did to make these changes, and to completely transform my approach to dating: It’s completely free, and allows me to focus my time on doing what matters – which is helping YOU become undeniably attractive.

#1: GYM SESSIONS (Build a Body That Commands Attention)

Think of the most attractive female actress of all time. For some of you, it will be Megan Fox, and for others, it will be Jessica Alba. Whatever your personal preference may be. But in any case, whatever actress came to mind first…she has a nice body, right?

Well, it’s not that different for us men. Even if women are slightly less visually driven than us guys, they still care about your physique and how you present yourself.

So… your absolute top priority, if you want to truly become attractive, is to build a piping hot physique. Put your whole soul into this, as it will transform all areas of your life.

Here are the essentials that you need to understand:

  • Enroll in a 24/7 Gym: No excuses! If you’re serious, and want real results, then you need to be prepared to put in the work. Make it easy for yourself by choosing a gym that is accessible, and convenient.
  • Lift or do cardio 7x/Week CONSISTENTLY: Being consistent is far more important than any other single variable. Make an effort, and stick to a regular routine.
  • Complete Each Workout with Perfect Form: Focus on the exercises, and ensure you are doing them correctly. It’s far better to lift a lighter weight with correct form, rather than lifting heavy with a sloppy technique.
  • Record Your Progress both weight and calories: Tracking your progress is incredibly important to keep you motivated and focused. It will help you to see your overall progress, and to stay on track.

Yes, this is going to require some big boy sacrifices. This is not for the faint-hearted!

Get in there, and start building your body.

After about 60 days, the habit will start to form, and fitness will soon become a second skin. It’s like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it will become.

#2: YOUR KITCHEN (What You Feed Yourself Matters)

When I first started my fitness journey, my progress was painfully slow and incredibly frustrating. I spent countless hours in the gym, and I saw very little progress.

A quick Google translate showed me that he was, in fact, asking about my nutrition. And he was absolutely right, my diet was absolute “shit tier”. It was completely useless.

Here’s what I learned, and what you should understand too:

  • Avoid Processed Fake Foods: Stay away from highly processed foods that have very little nutritional value. Eat natural foods as often as you can.
  • Get About 0.9-1.0g Protein per Pound: Focus on eating enough protein each day, as it will help you to build muscle mass, and lose fat.
  • Caloric Surplus for Bulking or Caloric Deficit for Cutting: It’s essential that you understand the key differences between bulking (building muscle) and cutting (losing fat). You need to be eating in a surplus to build muscle, and in a deficit to lose fat.

Cook most of your meals at home, as this will give you much more control over your diet. Personally, I’m a very busy man, so I often do my cooking in an Instant Pot. It’s quick, and it gets the job done.

But if you do eat out, try to stick to clean options, instead of going to the Wendy’s drive-thru use Chipotle where you can clearly see nutrient contents and see it’s all whole foods, track every single thing you add in MyFitnessPal. You’ll adjust to the change far sooner than you think, and you’ll also start to feel better in the process.

#3: SKINCARE (You Have to Take Care of Your Skin)

For most of my early teens, I struggled to maintain smooth, clear skin. It took me a good few years, and countless experiments, to finally figure out the most important micro-habits for achieving that “glass skin” look:

  • Skincare Regimen (Cleanser 2x Per Day): Make sure that you wash your face properly twice a day, as this will help to remove excess oil and dirt, and it will prevent acne.
  • Hydration (Water Not Alcohol): Focus on drinking plenty of water, and avoid alcohol. This will help to hydrate your skin, and will also provide numerous other health benefits.
  • Cardio + Limited Sun Exposure: Cardio will help to promote healthy blood flow, and you should also limit your sun exposure, to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

Also, please don’t go too crazy with the products either, as most of them are designed to clear your piggy bank, and not your face. Keep it simple, and remain consistent.

Skincare is absolutely essential, because it influences your self-image. So, be sure to put in a little bit of extra effort for that unspoken glow. Your skin can make all the difference in your appearance.

#4: STYLED (Dress Like You Mean It)

Always dress like you’re going somewhere important, even when you’re not. It doesn’t matter if it’s just a casual trip to Chipotle, or a high-end event at the Met Gala; you should be dressed to impress.

As Arnie would say; always dress with panache!

A few of my dates have told me that the big 3 of fashion for men are:

  1. Shoes
  2. Fitting
  3. Wrist

This is what most women notice about a man when he first walks into the room (other than body language), so it’s important to get it right.

So what’s the right dress code?

Now that I’m over 40, I opt for nice accessories, combined with a classy fit. My go-to casual fit consists of the following key components:

  • A pair of high-quality sneakers
  • A pair of slim fit jeans
  • A tight-fitting t-shirt (but it shouldn’t show your belly!) and don’t wear big brands all over your shirt, you don’t work for or get paid by Gucci, so why do you advertise for them?
  • A nice watch (Rolex’s are played out) expand your search 😉

During the winter months, I’ll also throw on a nice bomber jacket, or a collared jacket, to keep warm. Focus on buying high-quality basics, instead of buying thirty different cheap and poorly made shirts.

The key is minimalism, and buying high quality items.

And by the way… the baggy aesthetic retired in 1997. Unless you have a mixtape coming out, please avoid the overly baggy clothes!

#5: BARBER CUTS (Keep Your Hair Sharp)

As long as you find a compatible barber, it doesn’t really matter whether you get your hair cuts, at a basic franchise or a men’s specialty shop. What’s far more important is the frequency, and the style of your cuts.I would personally recommend a short, cropped style, and to get your hair cut at least every 2–3 weeks.

Why is this important? Short hair tends to ooze a strong and masculine essence. And it can also be very easy to maintain, especially if you weren’t gifted with the “infinite hair” glitch.

#6: SCENTED (The Power of Smell)

I didn’t truly realize the sheer power of smell until I started joining leadership events, and I realized the magnetic effects of my aroma. Smell is highly tied to memory and emotion, which is both fascinating and incredibly powerful. Nature certainly knows what it’s doing.

#7: PASSIONATE (Have a Purpose, and Follow it With Passion)

You know what’s unattractive? Having no purpose in your life. Having no drive, and no direction. That’s a major turn-off for almost everyone.

A man must make his passion his absolute priority. It doesn’t really matter what that passion is; it could be building a business, an obsession with fitness, or a particular hobby. The key thing is to always be working towards a goal.

High quality women don’t choose the guy who texts nonstop, watches sports all day and drinks beers with his homies, that’s lame. They tend to want the man who is excited about his own life, and has a clear sense of purpose and direction and demonstrates leadership that he can go against the norm of society.

So, you need to do something, and you need to go after it.

And attraction aside, this is also the best way for you to truly enjoy your time here.

You have to chase that passion.
