The $100 Mill, No-BS Guide

Let’s get straight to the point. The real reason that you’re failing to line up hot dates isn’t because of your lack of a supercar. It’s not about material things. You could have a Ferrari and still not be attractive.

The truth is, you simply haven’t fully COMMITTED yourself to actually becoming the attractive guy you want to be. You might want to be attractive, but you are not putting in the work. It is time to make a change.

Women aren’t going to date a man who doesn’t put some serious, consistent effort into the way that he looks, and how he presents himself. It’s a sad truth, but it is still true. First impressions do matter.

And I know, not all of us were born with deviously handsome aesthetics. Not all of us have perfect bone structure, or the perfect genetics. Right? I get it.

But here’s the good news: I started to study the habits that make certain men highly attractive, despite what they may have been born with. I read dozens of books, and sought advice from actual real-life women, and I learned something incredibly valuable.

I discovered 5 universal principles that, when followed, will make a dramatic difference in how you are perceived, and how you are treated. So, let’s get straight into it.

#1: PLANET RIPPED (Your Body is Your Foundation)

“Your position is the product of your choices,” said Brian Tracy, and he was absolutely correct. Society doesn’t reward intentions, or efforts alone; it only rewards results.

Think about it this way. Would Chris Evans be an international heartthrob if he was 100lbs overweight? No, he would probably be playing the funny sidekick roles, rather than playing Captain America.

So bro… it’s super simple.

  1. Get into the best shape of your life. No more excuses!
  2. Take pictures of your newly chiseled physique. Show off all of your hard work!
  3. Win. Enjoy your success, and be proud of your achievements.

Now, every man knows he should be hitting the gym, but only a handful actually commit to making it a regular and consistent habit. While the rest are simply getting $30 deducted from their bank accounts every single month, and seeing no results.

So how do you actually sustain a healthy gym habit?

I had this question a while ago, and then I found the answer while reading “Atomic Habits” by James Clear. Use his 4th law, which is “Make It Satisfying”. This is often the secret ingredient that is overlooked.

  • Give Yourself an Immediate Reward After Finishing Your Workout: This could be something like 30 minutes of Netflix, or maybe your favorite protein shake/bar.
  • Use a Habit Tracker With a Visible Streak: Tracking your progress is key. I use MyFitnessPal and Activty app on my phone.
  • If You Miss a Day, Return the Following Day Without Fail: Never skip two days in a row. This will help to maintain consistency, and ensure that it doesn’t slip into a “snowball effect”, which will lead to you falling completely off track.

After doing this for around 30 days, I was pretty much a gym machine. It became second nature, and it became part of my everyday routine. And I can’t stress this enough.

Pareto’s law absolutely confirms that hitting the gym is 80% of your overall desirability. So if you do this one thing, and you commit to it fully, you will be in demand until the infinity wars, and far beyond.

#2: GOOD EATS (Fuel Your Body With The Right Foods)

This is really just part two of the gym life, but it’s critical to understand. You can’t work out hard, and then fill your body with junk. It doesn’t work that way.

So, you might be wondering what is the easiest way to eat fresh?

The first step is to stop buying junk food in the first place and cut the alcohol. Just skip the beers and burgers, and the eating out almost completely. It’s a decision that you can make right now. There are no excuses. You can have a cheat meal but never a cheat day.

Whatever you put in your cart, eventually falls into your gut. So be sure to choose carefully, and make informed decisions about what you put into your body.

Here is a quick list of some of the foods that are rich in nutrition:

  • Eggs
  • Oatmeal
  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Beans
  • Rice
  • Lean Meat

Once you are hitting the gym consistently, it is vital that you ensure you are hitting your protein requirements.

This comes out to roughly 0.9–1.0g of protein per pound of body weight. In a nutshell, you should stick to eating whole, nutritious foods, and you should avoid anything that comes in a colorful plastic bag, as they tend to be highly processed, and often lack the correct nutrition.

You’ll be thanking yourself in 10 years when you look far younger, and healthier than all of your competition. It’s an investment in your future.

#3: DRIP // DROWN (How You Dress Matters)

You need to put yourself into the mind of a woman for a moment. Is she going to choose to go for the guy who dresses like a Fortnite character? Or is she more likely to choose the guy who dresses like a grown-ass man? The choice is obvious, when you really think about it.

What you choose to drape your body with will ultimately determine how women, and also men, perceive you. It’s also an incredibly important factor that influences your own behavior. Your clothes do matter, so be sure to make an effort.

Your clothing elevates your status, and it can often 10x your confidence levels. It’s an incredibly powerful tool.

So, what’s the right style?

Here’s the easy way to find out. Pull up any fashion magazine, and then just simply mimic the styles of men who you consider to have “grown man energy”. It’s that easy.

Here’s the detailed method, for those of you who prefer more specific guidelines:

  • A collared shirt, or a solid tee, that is fitted to your body shape
  • A pair of chino or slim-fit jean pants
  • Clean dressy shoes, or clean sneakers, that are well maintained

#4: GROOMED WARRIOR (Your Barber is Your Best Friend)

Starting now, I want you to consider your barber as being one of your best friends. He is your ally in looking your best.

A solid haircut is the absolute fastest way to go from being just another struggling pedestrian, to looking like royalty. There is simply no other single tool that can boost your status as a man in less than 30 minutes. It’s a quick and easy win.

The best hairstyle is one that you can style with relative ease. For most men, this usually means a clean fade.

Why? Short hair tends to ooze a strong and masculine essence, and it’s always easy to maintain. Especially if you weren’t gifted with the “infinite hair” glitch.

#5: CONFIDENCE GALORE (The Key to Everything)

Here’s the thing about attraction.

You could be Mr. Pitt in his absolute prime, but if you’re not actually going outside, and interacting with women…it doesn’t even matter. It’s about getting out there and putting yourself into a position to actually connect with people.

It also won’t help if you can’t hold a decent conversation without shivering in your timbers, and coming across as nervous and insecure. It’s about learning to be confident, and secure in yourself, so that other people feel comfortable around you.

Here’s the one thing that truly made a massive difference for me: I shifted my mindset from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. It was a complete game changer.

Now, I grew up with a pretty humble childhood in rural Mississippi… so it wasn’t exactly easy for me. But I was able to do it by physically placing myself in abundant environments.

Busy plazas, shopping malls, and airports, all provide a visual representation of just how much really exists in the world. There are simply so many opportunities out there, and you need to start thinking that way too.

When taking even a slight risk (talking to an attractive woman, or signing up for a tango class, etc), I just remind myself to look through the lens of infinity. And, suddenly, the situation starts to matter a whole lot less. You are playing the game, you are taking action, and you will improve over time.

Combine this new mindset with your physical glow-up, and you will quickly find that you are on the road to true irresistibility. It’s all about combining a healthy and fit body, with a strong and positive $100 Millon Mindset.
